"This is a super ripe and concentrated shiraz from the Clare Valley. Loads of dark fruits emanate on the nose with plums, blackberry, and a slightly earthy, chewy, dark chocolate combination. The palate has a plush velvety feel and releases to a very long finish. Tannins are a little chewy and very appealing, and the oak, liberal and well managed. That little lift of liqueur cherry on the finish completes an excellent wine."
