"Picked over two days. Wild fermented. Brisk and crisp in style, though you'd call the wine savoury over fruity, and it sure is dry and fine, layered with bright Meyer lemon, grapefruit, crunchy red apple and licks of almond, hazelnut and talc-like mineral elements. Indeed, while the texture is all crunch and vigorously hounded by minerally acidity, there's an almost hazy, chalky element too. It finishes gently lemony bitter. A delightful wine."
