"This is richly fruited and perfumed on the nose with black/blueberry, floral, star anise and vanillin oak characters. The palate delivers terrific weight and fruit intensity, wonderfully complemented by silky texture and beautifully melded tannins, finishing long and satisfying. At its best: now to 2037."

"Comes from some old vines in the Barossa. This is an opulent and concentrated shiraz crammed with all those Barossa characters. Deep notes of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and plump plum swirl through an intense palate. Sweet vanillin American oak adds further richness, complementing the fruit."
