Aroma
Bursting with vibrant blackberries, dark cherries, and juicy plums, this Shiraz is bold and beautifully expressive.

Palate
A crackle of black pepper and star anise brings spice, while smooth vanilla and dark cocoa weave through from its oak influence. Plush and velvety, it lingers with a deep, mocha-kissed finish—bright, rich, and full of McLaren Vale sunshine in every sip!

Vinification
Harvested, picked between 13.5 - 14.5 Beaumé. Five day cold soak, seven day ferment on skins, then gently pressed into a combination of 1-3 year old French and American barriques. The wine spent six months in oak prior to blending and bottling.
