"Exciting Shiraz from a stunning vintage for the Clare Valley. The colour here is an opaque maroon. We have notes of chocolate, dry herbs, blackberries, bay leaves, cold tea, aniseed and coffee grinds. There is exemplary oak integration here with very good length, leading to sleek tannins. A lingering finish which exemplifies the excellent balance which the wine exhibits throughout. Drink for six to ten years."

King Valley Sparkling Cuvee NV
This Brut Cuvee is made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It has spent a minimum of 12 months in tank on lees. With 8g/L dosage and no oak, this is a crunchy and fruity style. The palate is clean, fresh, and remarkably crisp, reflecting the primary crunch of cool-climate Chardonnay. It balances a fruity, lemon tang appeal with red apple and pear.
