Bright cherry red with magenta highlights with good intensity and slow legs on the swirl. Delightful plum, raspberry and blackberry aromas with hints of cocoa, nutmeg and a supporting background of sweet toasty black pepper. Abundant clean full-bodied flavours of blackberry, plum and ripe strawberries over a subtle vanilla and peppery oak background with soft stroking tannins across the palate. A blend of local Pyrenees vineyards and a selection of premium Victorian Shiraz vineyards. Traditional winemaking applied throughout.
