Brand: Charlotte Dalton Wines
Variety: Fiano
Region: Langhorne Creek
Alcohol: 12.3
Vintage: 2024
The grapes are grown by Brad Case in Langhorne Creek.I pressed the grapes directly into French barriques, among which 10% are brand new by French cooper Chassin - a touch that adds a further dimension to the wine. This wine was fermented with wild yeasts within these barrels, remaining on full solids until bottling. A minimal addition of sulphur was added just prior to bottling, with no other adds made. The wine underwent full malolactic fermentation.Pear, citus and honey with a full, textural palate and a succulent lemon lime finish.
